Returns + Exchanges
Refunds of any prints will not be accepted unless the product is faulty. If your print is faulty or damaged upon delivery, credit towards another item can be issued. Please carefully make your measurements before purchasing as each product is made to order and therefore cannot be exchanged for another size. You can also email Stephanie at firstname.lastname@example.org if you need any advice on the correct print size for your space.
A notice of credit will be sent to the customer once we have received the return delivery of the print. Also note that we suggest choosing insurance on any item you are returning. If the product is damaged or lost during the return this is the full responsibility of the customer and no credit will be given.
We are very proud of the collection of prints but if a customer is at any point unhappy with the product they receive please email Stephanie directly at email@example.com as customer satisfaction to our number one priotity and we want you to love your photograph as much as we loved creating it.
